4. Orders & Acceptance

- We have verified product availability and your delivery details
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to meet delivery conditions.
5. Payment Terms
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method
- COD is available on orders up to Rs. 25,000
- Payment is due at the time of delivery — please have the exact amount ready
- Online payment options (card/EasyPaisa/JazzCash) may be available — check checkout for current options
- We do not store any card or financial information on our servers
6. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy, available at darazserum.pk/shipping-policy. Key points:
- We deliver across all of Pakistan
- Estimated delivery times are 2–8 business days depending on location
- Free delivery on orders over Rs. 9,999
- DarazSerum is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at darazserum.pk/return-policy. We accept returns within 7 days for eligible items only. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
8. Product Authenticity
DarazSerum is committed to selling 100% authentic products sourced directly from brands or their authorized distributors. If you believe a product you received is not authentic, contact us immediately at “Like.bunny1320@gmail.com” and we will investigate and take full responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarazSerum shall not be liable for:

- Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party courier services
