How long does delivery take?▾
Delivery takes 2–4 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and 3–8 business days for other areas. You’ll receive a tracking SMS once your order is dispatched.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?▾
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available on all orders up to Rs. 25,000 across Pakistan. Pay when your parcel arrives — no upfront payment required.
Are all products authentic?▾
Absolutely. Every product on DarazSerum is sourced directly from the brand or an authorized distributor. We do not stock grey market or unverified products.
How do I return a product?▾
Email us at Like.bunny1320@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Returns are accepted for unopened, unused products or defective items only.
Do you offer free shipping?▾
Yes — free shipping on all orders over Rs. 9,999. A flat rate of Rs. 250 applies to orders below that amount.
