At DarazSerum, your satisfaction is our priority. We are a multi-brand skincare retailer supplying authentic products from trusted brands across Pakistan. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or screenshot) is provided

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
  • Products returned after 7 days from the delivery date
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days

Step 3: If approved, we will provide return instructions and a pickup address

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued using the following methods:

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / bank transfer
  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Store credit: Available as an alternative at your request

Refund Timeline: 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

4. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at “Like.bunny1320@gmail.com” with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order on our website.

6. Return Shipping

  • DarazSerum covers return shipping costs only for damaged, defective, or wrong items
  • For change-of-mind returns (if eligible), the customer bears the return shipping cost
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns
