Shipping Policy

DarazSerum delivers authentic skincare products to customers across Pakistan. We are committed to fast, reliable, and transparent shipping. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including:

  • All major cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot
  • Smaller cities and remote areas via our courier partners
  • We do not currently ship internationally

2. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: 1–2 business days after order is placed and confirmed

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM PKT on a business day are processed the same day

Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery

Major Cities: 2–4 business days (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi)

Other Cities: 3–6 business days

Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On all orders over Rs. 9,999

Standard Shipping: Rs. 250 flat rate on orders below Rs. 9,999

Remote Area Surcharge: Additional Rs. 100–200 may apply for very remote locations

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. For COD orders:

  • Payment is collected by the courier upon delivery
  • Please have the exact amount ready to avoid inconvenience
  • COD is available on all orders up to Rs. 25,000
  • COD orders above Rs. 25,000 may require advance partial payment

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on the courier’s website or by contacting our support team at Like.bunny1320@gmail.com.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order:

  • 3 delivery attempts will be made on separate days
  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • You will be contacted to reschedule delivery or arrange a refund
  • Re-delivery charges may apply for COD orders that were refused

8. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@darazserum.pk with your order number. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue within 3–5 business days.
